Where are we based?
Our main location is based out of Oakville, Ontario.
Do we have a storefront?
We do not have a storefront. For security purposes, all items are located offsite. We do offer pickup in Oakville, drop-off, and shipping for your convenience.
How do we authenticate?
We authenticate all items via entrupy. We also offer authentication services.
How do we guarantee authenticity?
We guarantee authenticity on all our items using entrupy. Each item purchased comes with an Entrupy certificate (extra surcharge applies).
How does our refund policy work?
All sales are final.
How do layaway/payment plans work?

If I put something on hold and leave a deposit, can I back out?
Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. You can change your mind about an item but you will lose your deposit.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept Credit cards, Cash, Interac e-transfer, Paypal & Square (5% fee).
How long can you expect your item after you have paid for it?
We ship within 3-5 business days.
When will I receive my payment after my item has been sold?
We payout our clients within 1 week after your item has been sold. If an item is sold on a payment plan, we pay you out on day 45.
What is the processing fee?
This fee is a 5% surcharge to securely checkout on our website. This fee covers our merchant fees to make sure that you have a seamless experience.
